We booked a suite and were delighted by the comfort which is far above Novotel standards in Europe. Room was very comfy, spacious, ultra clean. bath products are good. We could access the swimming pool of the nearby Pullman. Walking distance to terminal 1. Free shuttle twice per hour to Terminal 2. The only surprising/negative things are : - the restaurant, which is acceptable but service could improve. - front desk staff don't all speak English, which is surprising for an international brand like Novotel/Accor, and even more surprising given that this is an airport hotel...

We had an overall good experience at this hotel. We stayed twice within a week because of our layovers. Special shoutout to Mei, our receptionist. She speaks good English and was helpful when we had our concerns on our first stay. She made sure and prepared our rooms perfectly for our second stay. The location is also very convenient to the airport (walkable via Pullman Hotel) and there is free shuttle to terminals.

Spent a night here when my flight was cancelled. Overall.. A good experience. The location is perfect. If you're arriving at T1, just walk across the road about 20meters to reach the pullman hotel, then make a left and walk about 50m to the novotel (both hotels are side by side). If you're arriving at T2, it's easier.. Wait for the shuttle bus that arrives with the Pullman logo on it. Shuttles arrives every 20m or so. It's free. There's airport staff who speak passable English at the area to help. Check in was fast. Staff speak English well and were efficient. Room was quiet and very well furnished. Bed was comfy and had no problems sleeping. The only downside is the bathroom is super tiny. Water pressure isn't good though passable for a quick shower. No ledge to put your personal items in the shower. Hotel offered disposable toothbrush and shaver which was good of them. The breakfast buffet was good with a good spread of local and western dishes with your usual eggs.. Bacon.. Tomatoes and so on. No issues there. For dinner.. Suggest crossing over to the pullman restaurant for a wider selection of food including alcoholic drink options. Checkout was fast and easy. Rode the shuttle bus back to T2 and walked right into the departure area. Would stay again if needed.
