What a spacious and quiet room with large windows! In the double bed room configuration, there is ample room for luggages, a chaise longue, a desk and even a bath tub. Staff were helpful, attentive and friendly. The breakfast is served as a buffet, with a good selection of Vietnamese, Korean, Chinese and Western cuisines. This hotel seems to attract mostly group tours and business visitors. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised - this Novotel left an overall positive impression on me.

My room is larger than expected and the floor to ceiling windows offer unobstructed views of the horizon. My only issue in bathroom was the slow drainage while showering. The restaurant has great menu selection though breakfast spread could use some improvements in terms of variety of items. Service staff were very helpful and professional.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast service is good and fruits are very nice. Dinner service - very good local food. Improvements - lifts are a bit too busy - sometimes you need to wait for quite a while to go from 3//F down to 1/F.

Good location, strategically located at the downtown area. Many F&B outlet nearby/ walking distance from hotel. Hotel staff shows the highest hospitality and great service 👏. Hotel room is spacious and cosy environment. Bed and pillow are comfortable to give you a quality sleep. Housekeeping keeps the room clean and tidy everyday! Breakfast buffet is superb, variety of food from local to international cuisine like Korean and Japanese 👍. The breakfast area is huge and many tables to serve the crowd as well as many staff are ready to assists. I noticed many Korean and Japanese tourist like to stay here. The hotel also practice to save the environment by using wood made room card, recycle material of toilet amenities… 👍
