Thank you to the team who took good care of my family. The team made sure that our request for connecting rooms was fulfilled. Our rooms were pleasantly clean. The hotel is conveniently located in the Sukhumvit precinct - everything we needed was within walking distance. Appreciate the attentive service to our rooms when needed.

Expectations were not mentioned and we were disappointed from our first day. As a 4-star hotel living up its brand name, we expected more than what we were offered: the breakfast was 1/5 since it was simple (meaning the basics were missing, such as a cappuccino or a tasty juice) and not with quality as most foods (and the bread) were not fresh. The pool is small and the only bar there is at the hotel closes at 6pm (!). No other services provided. Most of the staff were friendly, yet maybe because the hotel recently opened, they are not organised. The room was spacious and with nice view. Cleaning was also fine. But I wouldn’t recommend, as for the same price there are better 4-star hotels in Bangkok.

I had a really great experience, i got to admit i was a little wary when i saw the negative reviews or over charging. but i had a totally different experience. The staff were all very polite, kind and helpful from the start until the end. The rooms were bigger than most hotel rooms and had good amenities. Had a welcome drink and a snack as an ALL member. Should try it out before it gets crowded!

Excellent staff hospitality Clean environment Breakfast staff ..excellent service,couteous,esp the supervisor and young receptionist at breakfast Met the co owner of the place,thry eere doing the puja/prayers for the whole place, including new Mexican concept restraunts. Location wise excellent with walking distance to eateries,malls etc Do recommend highly and wishing all the best for the staff and owners Kudos!!!
