Had a really nice experience. Good location , the room was clean and comforting as a whole. I really enjoyed breakfast , I was helped by these twin brothers who were very kind and helpful when it came to breakfast service. Food was delicious , great hotel with great staff. Would recommend to anyone and definitely visit again if the opportunity came

Leaving the Tower Hotel London to go to The Novotel Hotel, Greenwich,to start our European tour with Expat Explore. The tour ended here as well. On our return we stayed here one night before flying out of London heading home to Australia. We requested late check out for a small fee which was granted, and in return appreciated. We had a comfortable nights rest. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. The friendly staff were very helpful and cheerful. It's really a nice atmosphere when staff are happy and enjoying their tasks, and helping travelers feel comfortable.

Gorgeous hotel with amazing location, very helpful reception staff. Big clean rooms with comfy beds & lovely bathrooms. The only thing I will say is Do Not Disturb signs on the door are pointless as the cleaning staff will just walk in regardless if you have one on or not. I was disturbed 3 times in one morning despite my Do Not Disturb sign being on - the cleaning staff definitely need some boundaries & to know when to leave a room alone lol! Other than being woken up by my door being opened every morning - it was really lovely!

Great hotel to stay in, very affordable and amazing service. The food was wonderful. I was helped by some twin brothers who were extremely helpful and friendly making the overall experience so delightful. I would definitely recommend, especially if you are planning a work trip as it's conveniently located near a train station making it easy to get in and out of london.
