Lousy hotel, not at all Accor standard. A/C in the hotel room or lobby never work, no matter what you adjust it will be the same warm, very uncomfortable in the summer time. Hotel staff, especially at the breakfast place are not at all helpful. Coffee machine ran out of beans, and they didn’t want to bother to refill. Reception staff barely speak English.

Not my best experience! Front desk couldn’t speak English, the four rooms I booked were all without the luggage standing. Rooms very small and breakfast average.

Spacious room with nice technological touches and sleek design. Hotel is easily reachable by the metro. Comfortable to stay in the room but once you leave the room, it’s a bit annoying to deal with the family travelers that let kids run wild in public area, which also makes dining in this hotel a challenge ( which isn’t to blame on the hotel) it’s only probably families choose this hotel for a certain reason, such as family benefits?

Room with executive room access but disappointed. Breakfast with Chinese style and not international at all even though hotel chain is from France. Staff is nice but cannot speak English. Happy hour in Executive room is really shameless. Food is not fresh and stays on the dishes since many days and nobody replace with fresh food. Very few choise. No drink except than can. Room is good and really quite even though hot inside. Hairdryer work nice and it is surprise as in China is difficult to find hotel with hairdryer that is not a toy. Location very convenient at 200m far from subway station. No vanity kit like someone wrote in previous review. WiFi acceptable. Like usually Chinese guests don't respect non smoking aerea and you can feel sometimes smoking smell.

Hotel is new, the rooms are very specious. The view from the upper floor is amazing. Bathroom has both a tub and shower. As a bathroom set you get vanity kit, soap, shower gel, body milk and shampoo, tooth brush and toothpaste. The beds are large and comfortable. In the room there is an iron and ironing board. There are also a safe , mini bar and kettler for tea and coffee. Everyday you get two bottles of water per room. The breakfast is continental with some Chinese specialties.
