Great hotel, really enjoyed our stay. Buses to the Arc de triumphe are a few moments walk away, metro and tram Station also close by. The breakfast was excellent and all staff were friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Just okey, average clean hotel, some furniture a bit outdated. However excellent service team and very helpful. A bit further to the subway (10 minutes walking). Two issues I encountered - water pressure was very low, you need to wait quite long for little stream of hot water, you cannot switch on just one light, lights are bundled and only so switched on / off.

Overall satisfied. The breakfast was average at best. We checked in just after midnight and was surprised to find just one complimentary 500 ml bottle of water in a room booked for 4 people. It's the little things that often make the difference.

Worst service I ever experience in a hotel. The normal days, the cleaning staff were never around and you had to beg them to clean your room. The days I was supposed to leave (I extended once my stay!) 9 AM they had their carts parked on my door and were interrupting me during the whole morning, waking me up, getting into my room and knocking on my phone to force me out. Even though, the check out time was at 12:00, they woke me up and interrupt my sleep, 4 times the first day. And after I complained my second departure date I had 5 visits in the morning, including to very rude hotel managers. And I am a member of Accor Live Limitless who spent around 75 nights in your hotels this 2023… Oh, and my check out time never expired!!! So they were just rude, unpolite and uneducated. Very lame experience. Will never stay again.
