DO YOURSELF FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO STAY. During our 5 nights stay, everything that could go wrong happened. First we’ve already made full payment 3 weeks before check in they say we have to authorise for €1000 on hold as our bank didn’t release payment. Checked with the bank the next day, all payment went through. We wanted to go to Disneyland but our card declined. Very inconvenient. Walked in the room. Used juice bottle in the fridge, no refill of complimentary tea/coffee sachets. Later on at night the toilet flush doesn’t work, we spoke with them they changed our room. The new room had a clogged bathroom sink. We asked for the cleaners to provide one more mugs as we are 3 of us, he was very confrontational that we asked him to keep his mugs. Cleanliness was not their priority, customer service doesn’t exist. Buffet in the morning was very average bacon was cold showing small ball of fat, scrambled eggs was burnt very unappealing. We were refused plates to eat before 7pm. We called room service for cutlery, we were told they don’t do room service come to reception. VERY DISAPPOINTED with NOVOTEL CDG we were not enjoying our time at the hotel at all, I felt that my blood pressure was up. Spoke with a staff there they didn’t do much to rectify the situation. After we left we received an email saying we will upgrade your next stay. They know damn well we will never book this hotel again. The utmost priority for hotel staff is to keep their customers happy for them to have a pleasant stay but they don’t seem to know this basic information. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

The hotel itself is beautiful and is in a prime location for the airport. Excellent buffet breakfast. The hotel has leisure facilities. The problem was the swimming pool. Went on arrival and never again. The pool was just full of kids running riot. I got bashed twice (I have a medical device in my back) and said something to one of them ... the only time the mother did anything (she was outside on a sun lounger smoking and on phone not paying any attention to them) .... to fetch a member of staff who made me feel very uncomfortable. The mother immediately went back outside, smoking and on phone ... again doing nothing to control them. There was a family in the pool at the same time as me and they had two very young children and just spent their time shielding their children from out of control kids. It spoilt my experience of the hotel hence the low score

Very nice staff but conflicting a bit as the first day we were told there was no left luggage service but actually there is. Security could be a bit tighter, we witnessed one unfortunate man lose his bag and papers to a thief who preyed on people at the pool. Cleanliness was a bit sub par for four stars but overall, a nice experience and good value for money.

Nothing about this hotel is even considered "good enough". Checking in was not good because some of the receptionists barely speak English. One of them looked at me and said "are you Indian?" (I am not) and the staff are generally not friendly at all. The room seemed to be okay, if you ignore the fact that there are NO IRONING BOARDS. You have to go downstairs to do a task so simple like ironing your clothes, because they're too cheap to give an ironing board. Another thing, the breakfast is the most disgusting food ever. I've been to many hotels, and there hasn't ever been an experience other than this one so far, that I decided "I am not eating this" and went and ate somewhere else. I swear, they want you to eat less food. It's ridiculous that this is a quite pricey hotel, there are so many other hotels you can book for less price that are better. This hotel is NOT deserving of 4 stars, maybe 2 at best.
