Good hotel if you are looking for an option next to the exhibition center. You can use the tram to reach the convention center in 5 minutes. The breakfast area is very small. The heating is not working properly. My room was cold all the time even after I called the reception.

Nice rooms but incompetent receptionist! I stayed 2 nights as I got gifted a voucher. Upon arriving I got asked to pay, which personally shocked me as I had sent my voucher beforehand. I then handed my voucher to the receptionist, who loudly told me the price of my room. I believe this behavior is extremely unprofessional and here's why: - hoteliers should be aware of their guests' wishes/special arrangements and usually have the possibility to record these on their hotel system - should hoteliers forget to record these special arrangements, they must apologize and avoid further discussions (in my case, it felt weird to hear the price of a stay that was gifted to me). On the other hand, rooms are very quiet and well-insulated. At breakfast, you can also enjoy a wide food selection.

Well, I think some of room design got problem. Like the toilet is other room and the bathroom where u showering separate. The hair dryer has a disgusting smell so I cannot dry my hair actually. Something good about is the shower gel and shampoo gel smell good. For some personal reason , I have changed the room again . At least that room is better , nothing broke. I have never tried its breakfast service so I cannot talk about. The gym is very small by the way. The location is convenient because there is a metro station , it is right in the centre. When you want to buy food , it is very quick.. The worker is very polite and kind , it was a good service.

Overall, I had a great experience with the Novotel Suites Paris Expo Porte de Versailles; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to stay for my business trip. I was so enjoy the the breakfast as well. Don't worry about the public transport, Metro Station just located beside of hotel. Other public transport station also nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting to Paris.
