Location is great, staff are wonderful and rooms are spotless. However, room plan is not well thought out. Coffee station in room is up high in a location not easy to access. Glass bottles of water with metal caps and no bottle opener found. I also noticed a few minor maintenance issues in the room. The hotel is good value for money, but could be better.

The hotel is great, well-maintained, clean and welcoming. I liked the room's coffee and tea facilities and the floor's water dispenser. It was warm in the room despite 10 degrees below zero outside.

I recently stayed at the Novotel in Warsaw, and here is my review: The refurbished rooms at the Novotel look really good. They have a contemporary feel and are quite comfortable. The furniture and decor are modern and attractive. My room was relatively clean, which is always an important factor for me. It provided a sense of comfort and hygiene. One notable point was that I accidentally got assigned two double beds, although I only needed one. While this was a friendly gesture, it felt a bit unnecessary. One downside was that despite being on the 15th floor, it was surprisingly noisy with the windows closed. This surprised me, as I expected less noise at such a height. Breakfast is served in a room downstairs, which feels somewhat like a bunker. The ambiance is not as appealing as I had hoped, but the food was good. Overall, I stayed for only one night, which was more than sufficient. The Novotel in Warsaw seems more like a 'sleep factory' than a place for an extended stay. If you're looking for a comfortable place to spend the night without many extras, Novotel might be suitable for you.

They are currently renovating, and the noise in my room is deafening. I can't be in my room through the day at all because it is so loud. I had to go to the busy lobby just to make a phone call. The room is very nicely laid out and furnished. The location is great. It would be a much higher rating except I wasn't notified about these aweful full scale renovations until the moment I checked in.
