Very reasonable price for the apart hotel - modern and spacious and equipped with all the necessary things you need for your stay. ( freidge, cooker, washing machine, kettle, bacony etc) The manager (Noyan) was very helpful and kind and will go the extra mile to help if necessary. The hotel is close to everything , restaurants, supermarkets, ATM, bus stops and Olüdeniz beach only 10 minutes away. Highly recomend this apart hotel. Great place!

I would like to thank Mr. Ozkan he was so helpful. We've got a directly good offer and some good advice about paradisling and all activities Here is his number +905320507243 It's a flat type, self-service, not hotel. Fridge, cooker, dishes, and air conditions are supplied. No breakfast, but the restaurant ground floor is serving Also, the swimming pool is opened. The location is safe and close 5 min away from the oludeniz beach. Prices are amazing. You can save money 💵

Absolutely disgusting place we visited as a family we book a room for 10 nights we stayed their 2 nights. The room was so dirty and rubbish in the bedside draws. The bathrroms where unusable. Dust everywhere. We complanined to the hotel and blammed for the dirt and then we left it was so unhygienic. They are actually called Yalcin Apart Hotel in ovacik, they have changed their name to hide previous bad reviews. I ended up really unwell with a chest infection our whole holiday I put it down to the level of dust in the rooms. We arrived at early hours with two young children and where so tired we just went straight to bed but the next day we were shocked. DO NOT BOOK YOU WONT GET ANY TYPE OF REFUND AND STAFF OUR SO UNCARING AND RUDE. Fethiye itself is beautiful and we booked another hotel and had a lovely time however this hotel is horrendous.

The apartments are generally not bad (for the price in this area), close to shops (bim, migros, azda) and minibus stops (to the beach 30 liras, to Fethiye 30 liras, from Fethiye to the airport bus 120 liras) private pool , apartments with balconies where you can have a pleasant breakfast, lunch and dinner), air conditioning and a washing machine, there is a clothes dryer and a min of dishes. We lacked ordinary mugs and small plates, a towel for the kitchen and a rag for the floor, since we wanted to wash it) There is no hairdryer. The rooms are spacious and clean, they were once given an excellent renovation (probably 10 years ago) and after that they are not looked after (the plumbing and electrics are working, but 3. Our room was not cleaned. But this did not bother us, like everything else. We had a comfortable sleep and this is the main thing. The owner is friendly, in the garden (which is also not very well taken care of, not watered at all) there are persimmons, tangerines, lemons, palm trees, figs, apple trees, a swimming pool with clean water, but also in order tired. Would I recommend staying? Only for those who are unpretentious and do not expect luxury services from an economy room). Regarding sleep, frequent guests are residents of Turkey, “a little” noisy, so it depends). Only four of the 10 rooms have access to the pool and a terrace overlooking the pool.
