For the price, I think it's worth it. The room is small but clean. I got a room facing the road, and I can see the monorail train passing by (not too close, so it's not noisy from here). The reception desk is helpful, but with many guests, I am not surprised with the waiting time. Tea, coffee, and bottled water are compliments in the room. There is a small refrigerator and also a safe box inside the room.

This is a 2-star hotel, the amenities and service levels are corresponding to that. The rooms are small and no room service or cafe. But the place is one of the best 2-star accommodations I’ve been to. Staff is friendly, location is a few steps from a large mall, food joints, hairdressers, massage parlours and the Sentral station. rooms and washrooms are clean and pleasant, and the hotel allows free checkout till 2 pm. And best of all, the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended if you’re in the area and unsure of where to stay. Only thing that I’d recommend is to work on the WiFi, it kept dropping every few minutes for my devices.

A pleasant stay with my family. I book for executive deluxe and it is very spacious. fit two adult and my two kids below 6 years old. They even put a dining table inside our room. how spacious is that. Toilet was sparkling clean. Indian restaurant 24/7 is next to this hotel. the roti canai was so good! 7/11 and also Laundry shop service 24hrs located just a walk away. Could not ask for more.

Great value for money with a great location is what you can expect from NU hotel. It's right across NU sentral which is a shopping mall and going up the escalators will take you to KL sentral the transport hub giving you access to trains, buses and taxis. The rooms here are comfortable and there's WiFi, hot water and air conditioning. Can't really complain

There was still left over food on our chair when we entered the room, and the boiler still had water from the previous customer. The bed and everything was fine? Until on our last day, check out timing 12pm but all of the sudden some cleaner budged into our room while we were still sleeping and said “huh still got people havent check out ah” and left the room. It shocked me and my partner and annoyed me a lot. Terrible experience.
