This property is an absolute gem. Accessibility to nearby attractions, transportation, museums, shopping, restaurants and tours is ALL within a ten-minute walk. Usually less. The Hubert hotel in Brussels is one of the most fantastic, convenient, safe, creative, and artful places I have ever stayed in the world. Every single interaction with the team there was premier. I had no problem adding an extra night, getting an Uber to the airport or taking the train, which is on the same block. There is a wonderful Lebanese restaurant in the lobby, along with a pool table and other food and drink choices and 24 hour, free coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate, and fresh fruit. The rooms were clean, compact, had a window to a courtyard, and the bathrooms were spotless with exceptionally warm and hot water running all hours of the day. Staying at this hotel, so close to the meeting point for tours, the grand place, shopping, and hundreds of restaurants and bars, as well as brilliant nearby, tourist attractions, enabled me to have one of my best trips ever!

Location of the place is excellent, just two minutes from the St Hubert Gallery. The relax zone in the hotel is also very nice. Interior is renewed and really cozy. But also the nice feeling disappeared in the rooms. Firstly I had the internal room without fresh air access – window is opening to the central part of the hotel, not outside. After changing room for the one with view for the street it was better, but two new problems occured. It was extremely cold in the room, even if it is 7°C outside. After first night staff provided the heater, which was working quite loud all night. Also the big rumour from the street is getting to the room, every few minutes when train or tram is going under the building... Isolation is really bad. Standard of the rooms also is not the best and bot worth of **** and price. But staff was excellent! All people who are working in the reception tried to solve the problems and are super nice!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The central location made exploring the city easy, and the staff's warm welcome added a personal touch to the experience. Clean and comfortable rooms, coupled with excellent service, make this hotel a top choice for any traveler. While I appreciated many aspects of my stay at this hotel, I found the pillows to be a bit too firm for my liking, and the sheets seemed a bit outdated. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience was positive, with a great location and welcoming staff contributing to a comfortable stay.
