Today, i had bad experience with them. The check-out time suppose to be 12 mid day and i was few minutes late in checkout and they came 3 times in this 10 min and repeatedly nocked on the room door and litteraly threatened me to evacuate the room in 10 min. Very bad behaviour and no profesionalism.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the city. This made me happy, as I was able to easily walk to all the major attractions. However, the rooms were small, and there wasn't much space to move around. This frustrated me. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was mediocre, and there wasn't much variety. This frustrated me, as I was looking forward to a delicious breakfast to start my day.

The hotel was a big nightmare and by far the worst hotel I have stayed in. It was extremely dirty. The sheets were torn, and the bathroom was filthy. They did not change the sheets even once during my 7 days of stay here. There was absolutely NOTHING for breakfast. Waste of money and not recommended.

SCAM HOTEL! This was TRULY the WORST HOTEL I have been, I planned to stay there for a week. I went here with my family 8 persons in total. The rooms were stinky. Smelled like smoke cigarettes. Noise came from down the street. Check your bed when you come there. There are yellow spots on every cushion and bedsheets. Don't stay there, we rather lost a €1000 because it was that DIRTY!!! Check the photo's that I made from the Hotel. WORST HOTEL AND SERVICE. Then The Owner of the Hotel called us and literally screamed at us to get out of the hotel and we were not allowed to sleep there in any circumstance because we pointed out the dirty hotel.

Bad location bad staff one star and the Hotel and next to it there was a hospital and the people were screaming all night long and there was bugs everywhere and the sheets were so dirty and there wasnt any tissue nor an iron in the room and the room was very small and the pictures are catfishing dont believe them the buffet for breakfast had no variaties of options for food mostly eggs cheese and processed meat
