We didn't stay at the resort, but stopped here for lunch and use of the beach. The restaurant is bright and cheerful, the food (buffet) had a wide range of options. The facilities for changing, and process for obtaining towels, are very efficient. If you have mobility challenges, seriously consider how hard this may be for you. The stairs down to the beach start off well, but in the final push/last third, the path becomes significantly more rustic.

The service at this place is beyond terrible; the staff seems to lack any semblance of attentiveness. The entire hotel, from the rooms to the restaurant, is disgustingly dirty – an utter nightmare. The swimming pool water? Absolutely freezing; a literal ice bath. The pool area, including the outdoor furniture, is a disaster zone, resembling something out of a horror movie. As for the food, it's nothing more than mediocre, served on tables that are not just sticky but downright filthy. The staff's rudeness adds an extra layer of unpleasantness to the experience. Even the shisha guy manages to be arrogantly inhospitable. Honestly, I wouldn't subject myself to staying at this hotel, even if they were offering rooms at a mere 20€ per night. It's a place best avoided at all costs.

We had a 1 night stay at O beach whilst visiting the dead sea. We did change to this hotel last minute due to the location being nearer the dead sea. It is a bit secluded from the other hotels but it was so cheap and easy to get an Uber to take us down to the other hotels for dinner. We are glad we didn't eat in the hotel for dinner as it looked like there wasn't much of a good atmosphere? The pool area is really nice with music, I note a lot of people saying the music was loud? It definitely wasn't loud during my stay! And I think the music has a really good vibe to the pool area. The rooms were big and spacious and we had a sea view which was great! Beds were comfy and the shower worked perfectly! Overall I would recommend this hotel if you are staying in the dead sea as it's convenient! The only downside at the dead sea was there were loads of annoying flies!

I only used the “beach front” and buffet service. Renovations was ongoing when I visited so I would try not to say much but there wasn’t much of a beach front, maybe enough space to get good photos for insta. The hotel is on a hill so getting to the sea comes with going through lots of steps over 200 steps. The route to the “beach front” isn’t accessible so if you have some mobility issues best you reconsider. And you need your towels as the fee doesn’t cover that The buffer wasn’t much of a buffer, I still did manage to find something to eat which was tasty. Something to consider is that the buffer fee does not come with drinks, not even water.
