The room is small but clean. It is near the new subway station so the location is good. It cost me 422 HK dollars per night, it is a bit expensive compared to the facility it has.

This is the most terrible hotel I have stayed in Hong Kong with terrible facilities but a really expensive price. They charged me HKD$720 for a night. I thought it would be really good for that price. Let me tell you, first when you entered the room the toilet is so smelly making the whole room smell. Than the Air con didn’t work properly so we had to open the window letting the warm air come in, we called the customer desk for help. They sent the person to our room but all the person can say is the air con isn’t working because we opened the window. The whole night I couldn’t sleep because the room was too hot. I wanted to take a shower but the shampoo and shower gel weren’t provided. In 2019 this hotel used to be under HKD 200 for one night and the service was really good.

Great customer service - that is the highlight of the stay. Friendly and accommodating staff. The location is convenient, right next to MTR exit and many restaurants. However, room is small and not the cleanest.

This hotel is the worst, they keep delaying refund for 9+ weeks despite promising it from 6-8 weeks after check-out. Don't stay here, especially expats - this place is run by rude locals who don't have any respect for foreigners and only think about making money from them. The neighborhood is also bad, the room had eggshells. Overall it's livable but the staff and extreme delay in refund is so frustrating, just spend more money somewhere else and get a better staff experience.
