This is an incredible option for Expat housing. Located in a busy location surrounded with natural greenery Oakwood Damei offers a great mix of the city and a small neighborhood feel. A short walk from the famous Joy City mall, there is a ton of restaurant and food options within walking distance. If you so desire, the subway is also only a 15 minute walk away, granting you access to whatever you want to see in the city. Comfort, convenience, and closeness make this location a top choice to enjoy your time in the beautiful Beijing.

Luxury residence near the fourth ring of Beijing's east area. The complex is newly built and is very comfortable as well as ci.ofo thanks to the basement where there are various restaurants and an April Gourmet supermarket (note that it only works with electronic payments such as WeChat). Highly recommended for those looking for accommodation in a residence.
