Love this residence. Their service is exceptional. Lucas went above & beyond to help me retrieve my lost phone and any issues we had. He made our stay extra special!

PROS: Good size bedrooms Very quick, efficient check-in Right next to a huge shopping mall Several different types of pillows Massive water bottle provided Good size and thickness towels Separate washer and dryer which is SO much better than those inefficient all-in-one machines! Fabulous big walk-in wardrobe. 'Long' was a fantastic help to us when we had to get a medical appointment for our son. Actually, he was fantastic every time we interacted with him! CONS: Very hard beds (which mightn't bother some people) Headboards need a revamp, as look quite tatty/damaged Limited vegetarian options and knowledge (served me parmesan with rennet in it) at their (outsourced) restaurant, so be careful if you're vegetarian. Some workers have very limited English, and it's especially difficult over the phone. Still, their English way surpassed my Vietnamese! Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend this lovely residence for your stay in Saigon!

We booked this place at the very last minute around 5am because the other apartment we had booked was a scam. They answered at 5, accepted an early check-in, the apartment is super nice, modern and well furnished, the place is secured with friendly staff. It's 2 minutes away from a mall with good food options (check the 4P's pizza, very good). Swimming pool is decent, nice sunsets, and a cheap convenient store downstairs.

The hotel is indeed quite far from the touristy areas but it’s actually only about a 15mins grab ride. It’s very quiet area so that’s a plus. The rooms are huge, and there are 2 bathrooms in this room, one that has a bath tub. I love how the kitchen is fully equipped with everything from rice cooker, toaster, baking over and all your kitchen appliances. I would recommend staying here. TV isn’t a smart tv tho
