Loved staying at this service apartment - fantastic location, close to the large street but tucked away. 2 bedroom is spacious.

The positives: We were here for about 3 weeks (we've extended our stay after the initial Booking reservation) because we had someone sick in the nearby hospital, and the hotel was close for us to go there every day. So, the location was good for us, but it's not at all a touristy place. The rooms were big and clean and we found the kitchen very useful. The staff was also nice, but we found that most people we've met had some trouble speaking in English (even at the hospital...). But we've managed. There's a rooftop pool and gym, which we found nice. The negatives: The breakfast buffet is far from "fabulous" as they advertise. I was sick and tired of the same few things offered each morning and of the little space available for eating. We decided to eat at our room a lot of the times (there's a supermarket behind the hotel). The AC was very annoying: without it, it was super hot. When the AC was on, though, even on the lowest setting, it was freezing and very noisy. There was also too much light coming from the bedroom window (you'll need a sleeping mask).

It's the worst hotel ever. You should be careful of the whims of the hotel. They easily break the contract with the customer and make no apology for it. I've already received a confirmation of my reservation from the Oakwood Residence 3 days ago. but I was unilaterally informed of the fare increase from them. This forced reservations for more than a month to be re-booked, which cost hotels in the area a lot because they were already sold out. And my child, who goes to an international school, ended up walking longer distances.

A very decent hotel with good room rates taking the location and size of the rooms into consideration. Located in Thonglor just behind J Avenue which has plenty of dining options and a well stocked supermarket. Near to The Commons which is an upscale food hall that comes alive especially at night. Breakfast is very basic at the hotel. Rooms all come with a kitchenette. Free tuk tuk shuttle that can bring you to near places around the vicinity.
