Excellent, well finished, top grade quality built into this now home. Great views of the beach from full length balcony. Shopping is very close as well from small local markets to large scale supermarkets. Very convenient to local reasturants as well.

The location was not far from the old town and beaches of Albufeira, via a sloping road. Negative points · The booking method is very cumbersome. Unfortunately, Booking.com is withdrawing its hands from that. The entire booking is left to an organization in Albufeira called BeGuest. First I had to pay an advance from BeGuest with my credit card. They sent me a link for a website. After completing it, this was not accepted. I then contacted BeGuest and they blamed me for it because my credit card is from the Netherlands. This is of course completely unjustified, I have never had any problems with my credit card. I then received a bank number from another organization (very strange) "Atitude Estavel" with an incorrect bank number. Contacted again and now received the correct bank number. Then all payments were made. Also paid a deposit of € 150, I had to ask for a refund 5 times, this took a week. I also had to place a copy of my passport on a website, but this was also refused. The apartment is in a residential area and therefore does not have a holiday feeling. Lots of food smells in the building. The view was beautiful, but you also looked out on a lot of laundry and a messy environment. There was a dog that barked constantly on the terrace opposite the apartment. The furnishings are from Ikea. It doesn't mean much. The bed is reasonable and could be better. The sofa very uncomfortable. The frying pans are in a state of decomposition. The table outside is unusable because it is very shaky. I placed the table from the kitchen on the balcony. The door to the balcony does not open properly. You can only store a few things in the bathroom, which is really inconvenient. The shower cubicle is dangerous with some kind of floating floor. I had to be careful not to fall. The clothes had to be hung in some kind of open closet. Only after 5 days (I stayed there 10 days) was cleaning done and I received clean towels. At my house I replace towels after 2 days.
