Room floors were dirty and sticky, sofa with burnt holes in it. Kitchen smelled like smoking room. We were given a room with a the very loud electric booths from 2 hotels outside. I gave 3 stars for nice receptionist and very polite other hotel staff and beautiful view on the roof top, swimming pools are clean though. Location is very nice if you like to walk there is good way to go to the beach by the boats from Cassia resort. If you prefer walking it will take you 12-14 min with nice safe road to the beach. To different shops/cafes/bars/restaurants area 14-16 min.

Very nice facilities overall, except for parking. If you have a car IMHO you should look elsewhere. Nice pool on the roof and nice small air-conditioned exercise room, with rowing machine. A Muay Thai exercise area on roof/🥵. IMHO management should make a few more parking spaces. They could remove the rocks in front and add a little paving. Maybe, better policing existing parking and monthly passes. Not much close by, but a few hundred yards/meters is Boat Avenue ⛵. 10 minutes walk according to Google Maps. Rooms are fairly spacious unlike Zscape 2, which are right on Boat Ave, but very small. Maybe I should up my review by one ⭐ but parking is such a hassle 🙄.

Great place and great staff. Clean and updated, nice pool and gym. It is within walking distance to great shops and restaurants (many of which are open during COVID). There are two things to note: 1) you are very much at the mercy of your neighbors when it comes to noise. The doors and walls are thin so you will hear your neighbors' dishes, talking, and music. You will hear every word spoken in the hallway. We were lucky that there were not many tenants during our stay; I'm not sure we would have stayed if the building was full. 2) the balconies are lovely, however, the air conditioners are stored out there. So, if you have the AC on in the apartment, the hot air from the unit blows on you (it's hot enough outside) and it is very loud. Not sure why they decided to do this. The only thing we were able to use the balcony for was drying clothes. All in all, it's a great place if you're not sensitive to noise. If they would have soundproofed the rooms and put the ACs on the wall it would be a ten out of then.
