This location had a terrible smell and was not as described. No microwave, no dishwasher, no washer, and no view. There was a crust of soap scum in the shower and it was covered in hair. There was an odd half-door in the bathroom that was left open and didn't have an option to lock front he apartment side. The TV was not connected to anything and therefore had no cable or smart TV functions, as claimed. The lockbox out front was not lit or labeled and it was very difficult accessing the apartment to begin with. Management was very dismissive of all problems. I ended up leaving and getting another hotel room, as the stench was unbearable. They offered me a 25% refund because I did not wait to be offered an upgrade. I don't see how an upgrade would have helped with the smell and overall shabbiness of the property.

Great location right on the Rainbow Street, but the apartments could use major renovation and repairs (we stayed in Odinn Vintage Apartment). The property management was not very responsive.
