Hello. Last night, July 30th, 2023. Someone entered my room 105 while I was in the toilet room in the middle of the night, around 12:30am. I screamed and locked the door from inside and I think person left. I started calling the reception but they didn’t pick up for half an hour, so I was locked in the toilet room the whole time. After that I was able to finally reach the reception and the reception told me it’s not a problem, it was just another woman trying to enter my room, which was absolute lie as I heard man's voice very clearly and receptionist simply hang up the phone. I finally went out of the toilet room to your reception and he was extremely rude to me, saying he doesn’t care, he will call the police as I was very upset. He started threatening me saying he knows the police personally so he is not scared of anything. I have no idea who entered the room but since I was screaming they left. When I told him I don’t feel safe so he can help me to order a cab and move to another hotel, he started shouting at me saying to stop it. I can leave if I want to leave but he will not do anything at all to help me and he left. This hotel is very unsafe place and the staff is extremely rude. Nobody should be put in such horrible circumstances. Its unsafe and its very scary. Receptionist was just surreal, he went on threatening me and downplaying the whole thing, he was screaming and shouting at me to make me feel like I'm the crazy person and a nuisance to his busy shift. He was telling me how I don't understand that he is working the front desk alone all by himself and I should feel bad for him and not complain. I was just in a surreal world with this hotel. Its horrible. Its insane. Such hotels should not exist. Its very very dangerous.

Amid record heat in the dead of July, this hotel has the weakest air conditioning ever seen on a modern building. The rooms at full cold are about 23.5° C and the halls and bar/club are at 25.5° C. I simply do not understand how this is acceptable in this day and age, as a hotel room in such a location is meant to be a comfortable refuge. I had to sleep without any blanket or sheet because otherwise it was too hot. Atop this, there are extremely little staff. This place is a ghost town and much of the time there is nobody to ask help.
