It was very calm and peaceful family time. We are very grateful for the team. We booked Lake villa, but after 3 days it was upgraded till Bali. We loved both of them, of course Bali more ❤️ but Lake villa was also very nice - 2 bedrooms, good size, everything you need is there. Bali one is a nice house with own pool and small garden, bigger rooms, and especially leaving room. It is very convenient with small kids. We loved main IC Residence restaurant, during high season it's must - calm relaxing, never crowded, great service and menu. Special thanks for preparing some extra dishes out of the menu for the baby. Beach is cozy and nice, clean and interesting for babies. Huge thanks for the buggies, with small kids during hot time it was such a help! 🙏🙏🙏 Territory is green, big enough, well organized, no sound of loud music with closed windows. It was a great stay, thank you for such hospitality ❤️

The IC Hotels Residence is a beautiful, serene paradise with numerous villas. Ideal for those with children as it is placed next to the Green Palace which has plenty of amenities for children including numerous water slides and features, a fantastic kids club with many activities each day and multiple pools. There is a beautiful beach on the resort site and the restaurants at both the Residence and Green Palace are fantastic. All staff are warm, kind and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially to those with children who want a getaway which feels quiet and peaceful but also has facilities to entertain the little ones. We will most definitely return.

Our third time at IC Residence and a third wonderfull vacation! What a wonderfull place to do with kids. The 2-bedroom rooms were perfect with the direct entrance to the pool. Everyday fresh towels & refill of the minibar. Very special thanks to the team for the extra Pringles for our chips eating monster kids & also for the daily towel made figures on their bed. They loved it! We had breakfast & dinner at the recently renewed Mavi (Spybag) restaurant. Very peacefull and with live backgroundmusic. Perfect. We did lunch at the beach restaurant. Also very peacefull and good food. Our smallest kid isn't the best eater and always choose chicken nuggets & french fries what was not on the menu. NO problem for the staff, 5 minutes later they deliverd chicken nuggets from the main restaurant. What a service! The kids loved the facilities at IC Green Palace next to IC Residence! Every night mini disco! Also the luna park, sand drawings at the playground & the indoor playground were a succes. The many waterslides & kidspool there were also perfect and everyday it was a fight in the late afternoon to go home for a shower ;-) Last but not least. The included private airport shuttle was the extra to make our holiday a real perfect holiday. A small point for improvement. In 2022 we were welcomed outside at the pool when we arrived with champagne & cocktails. This year it was inside despite the good weather outside. IC Residence is one of the best resorts we’ve been to. It’s super lush and beautifully maintained. What stands out the most is the service, they go above and beyond to make one’s stay there a wonderful experience. The ones who we remember the most are the restaurant and beach stuff Merve and Nihat, whose warm approach makes the guests feel very welcomed. Ercan, Yusuf and Metin are also great. Overall, the resort makes a positive and memorable experience, with every member of the stuff being very nice and super helpful. We’re definitely looking forward to going back there again.
