An excellent hotel in terms of location and service. Since there was an empty room, they moved us to the front. I share the views. There is a restroom suitable for Muslims. I recommend it especially to Muslims.

Very small rooms. Very rude staff. I left my swimming costume in the hotel and when I went back to get it the staff was extremely rude and the lady didn’t even smile. When I told her it was polite to smile she told me to get out of the hotel and pay. Horrible experience. Breakfast for vegetarian is awful. I wouldn’t recommend this place. The credit card machine did not work. I asked twice before I booked if I could pay by card and I was told yes. I tried three times to pay by card. I then tried to find an ATM with the staff and after five minutes of looking the staff told me to just pay what cash I had/ which admittedly was less, but it was what was asked. So sort out your credit card machine and learn how to treat guests better. I also stated I was vegetarian and no option was provided and the cheese and salad plate had ham on it

We stayed here for 4 days as a part of our Georgian round-trip, rooms are clean, nice and there was cleaning every day. Breakfasts were okay too. Staf was helpful with good english. We got everything what was in our booking. I recommend this place.
