What a find. Perfect location for the NEC . EXTREMELY good value for money, and a nice surprise when we asked for the bill for breakfast to find it was included. We had an evening meal on our arrival. The restaurant on site had an excellent selection and the food was very nice. We stayed in the house. Oldie worldie decor, and the room was quirky. Only niggle, there was a small step leading into the bathroom and a massive trip hazard at night, leading you straight into the sink. Not enough to put us off staying again, just need to be aware of and remember the step. We had a late check-in, which we did through the restaurant staff, who were very friendly and helpful. Check out again straightforward.

We had a one night stay at Old Hall House as a rest point on a longer journey. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were lovely. We had an evening meal in their onsite restaurant which was very good. The complimentary full English breakfast was great! The only downside for us was the music being too loud at breakfast but maybe that's just us! We would have preferred something quiet and calming in the morning.

Loved it . Amazing value and staff in restaurant were really friendly and engaging and took a real interest in customers . Shout out to the young lad on the evening of the 20th July ( brown sauce guy he will know ) and the lady at breakfast on the 21st, real nice genuine people . For any business, it's the people that make the standouts . 100% will reuse again, especially as a stop over from Scotland to fly out from Birmingham . Aim was to start the day relaxed with no long journeys and no stress . Thx team for delivering that for me. Food was top notch too.
