Comfortable and very well positioned apartments, close to public transport options and amenities. Our studio apartment had a fair amount of space and lovely natural light, with a well equipped kitchen for our week long stay. Only drawbacks were the 4 flights of stairs up to the apartment with no lift (understandable in an older building). Some plates that were packed away by a previous guest were still dirty.

Stayed for a couple days at the Händel room on the fourth floor in the back building. Clean apartment, good beds, no complaints on noise from neighbours. Rented bikes could be left at inner courtyard. Friendly & helpful staff. Apartment is well located: close to public transport and neighbourhood with many nice restaurants and bars. Would book the place again if I were to go to Berlin

We booked a studio for 4 days in total. The room was really great with a good kitchen and bathroom. Great and flexible staff. Location was also very good, just around the corner from the Rosa Luxemburg platz which offers good connection to public transport.

Ota Apartments is a Smokin place just behind a water-pipe bar. The Sweet smelling of waterpipes makes you fall asleep easily, untill the the Zentrifuge-Sound beginns. The building is haunted with a annoying sound and it makes it difficult to fall in deep sleep at all !!! The Sound May Comes From One Of Many AirConditioners On The RoofTop. It Needs To Be Fixed ! When you a few hours later finally sleeps you'll wake up to a teenagers-party upstairs. Next time ill buy a tent in a graveyard to get rid off my haunted sounded body ! No Cleanning daily !! No Answer On The Service 24 hour phone . OTA= off the Air.
