I booked a 4 night stay in this hostel. During my stay, I was threatened by my ex-partner and some visitors in the hostel immediately called the police to help me not get beaten. The owner of the hostel also came and once the police left told me to leave the room with all my things in the middle of the night with no where to go. On top of that he told me he would give me back my money but never did. The owner of the hostel is a robber and a very bad person. Be careful. Independently to this, I gave a deposit of 50€ which was never returned to me because they told me I lost my keys (which was NOT the case because they had robbed my entire bag with phone, credit cards, identification and keys and they were aware that I reported this to the police that same day). And they told me it was ok not to register my partner in the hostel when I arrived because it was already very late that night and my partner was arriving late (now they tell me it was ILLEGAL). I am an aeronautical engineer traveling every week and have been using booking for the last 7 years. I have never gave a bad review below 9.6 in all these years. But this is UNACCEPTABLE AND SHAMEFUL.

Booked, admittedly, non refundable basis knowing surcharge 15 euros for late check in. .After booking told keys were to be collected from a different location. I am an 80 year old man with a wife recovering from a stroke and would not be willing to walk the streets of a strange city in the early hours of the morning. Hotel not answering over 20 telephone calls I thought I was being honest in cancelling to allow them to possibly re let the room instead of just being a no show. John Pratt

Sara was so helpful, couldn't wish for better staff. Will probably ask for a higher room next time it was a bit to close to the street for a country boy (to much light from the street lights).

Good place for your money. No registration. There is only an apartment that is divided into rooms that you rent. To get the keys to this apartment, you either need to write to support if you ordered through Booking, they will tell you the address. For a long time I could not figure out how to get into the hotel until I realized that these were just apartments. You can get the keys at: pintor cabrera 15 ring hostel bell. +- 150m from the apartment itself (near the station) And yes, you will need to leave a deposit (50€) which will be returned to you later. It is better to leave a deposit with a bank card, since you will have to go to the reception again to get the money. Overall, for the money, a good place to spend the night. But I liked chameleon more. For 50 euros, you have a separate room and kitchen and your own separate toilet with shower. In this Old Town, there is no kitchen. Please take this into account. I hope it helped someone.

I didn't know that they closed at 8:00 p.m., I left work and went to the apartment and I realized that the device doesn't know where it is and from 8:00 p.m. it doesn't pick up the phone, it notifies by message through Booking but it doesn't notify by call, Such an important thing is notified by phone and not by message and he spoke badly to me on the phone shouting that they have no responsibility. He is to blame and so am I because I didn't see it properly but it seemed a bit impossible for me, there isn't a person who will be looking at the Booking 24 hours a day.
