Friendly staff...why not..isn't this supposed to be the norm ? Clean rooms...isn't that the norm also ? Read that they had a self service laundry so clothes could be washed...When I asked a day before departure (so I could wash some clothes before our next destination ) i discovered that it was broken and unavailable..... My fault I suppose......I should have checked with staff at check in..and asked them every conceivable question as to what was available in their hotel and what was broken... but who the hell does that ???

Pretty convenient location with regards to the Skytrain being down the road(5-8min walk) and having a 7/11 right next door. A little far from everything else tho. Average 45-50 minute rides in the sky train to get to the city center, malls, markets , etc. Rooms are alright, needs some repainting here and there but generally clean. Only thing that really bothered me was the very weak water pressure for the shower.

I would definitely choose this Hotel every time I visit Bangkok. Clean and quiet rooms with high quality interior design and professional staff. All of that is provided with competitive prices and great location near to BTS station.
