I wonder if it is a real company. 3 orders of mine has been delayed more than 2 weeks. Finally I received message telling me to wait all day long until 17:00 and I will receive one of them. I waited and waited 17:00 pass no one came…. And you don’t even have a store in Nea Smirni!! And you don’t answer your phone And ofc chat communication only Greek. Please close your company, if it is even real, because it is beyond ridiculous.

They haven't passed or called and wouldn't answer my calls! Untill eventually i went to their offices. So, advice, when they dont deliver, dont try calling them, head to their office and deliver your package to yourself
