The most amazing staff and management. They went above and beyond to organize care for my husband that was in bed and couldn’t move with a pinched nerve in his back. They called a Dr to come to the hotel and was there so quick. A big thank you again for everything. We will definitely making ON RESIDENCE our stay every time we visit Thessaloniki. We will definitely be recommending ON RESIDENCE to anyone visiting. 🙏🏼

A very particular boutique hotel in a very central location. The hotel is located in a historical building which has been restored quite recently and has a roof bar, lounge bar and a restaurant which dubs as a breakfast place until 11am. Breakfast was lovely, you can either sit inside or outside in a cute backyard garden. Nice touch — restaurant staff wear a uniform which is an exact copy of the uniform in the historic restaurant. The personnel are very accommodating and professional, they answered all our questions (even the weirdest ones) and are very knowledgeable. My overall feel is a lot of attention is paid to every detail at ON Residence, which makes a big difference. Housekeeping is impeccable. We stayed at a room on floor 6 with a balcony — a breathtaking view over the harbor and nearby art cluster at the Thessaloniki port. I’d definitely recommend staying at ON, and would stay again. *As I wine lover I’d love to see the hotel’s restaurant to host wine tasting events — which they might be doing, I forgot to ask 🤭 The setting is very classy, I feel like it might add up to the experience.

The best hotel I've ever been to. Beautiful rooms with amazing views of the sea and the harbor. Top professional staff, always very nice and friendly. Luxurious and rich breakfast. All very tasty and colorful. An incredibly good kitchen. I definitely recommend booking a table for dinner. And then a drink on the roof terrace. You won't regret it! ❤️

The highlight, undoubtedly, was the extraordinary rooms that provided a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The attention to detail in the design and amenities was truly remarkable. What truly set the hotel apart was its attentive staff, that made sure that every moment spent there was memorable, ensuring that my desires were catered to with a smile. Speaking of memorable experiences, the Deluxe Seafront Rooms with Balcony offered an amazing view. Waking up to the shimmering sea right outside my window was a truly awe-inspiring way to start each day. However, what truly elevated my stay to an even higher level was the breakfast. It was not just a meal, but a culinary journey of greek flavors and delights. The breakfast spread was super rich and offered an impressive variety of options. The hotel's prime location and thoughtfully designed rooms provided a breathtaking backdrop that enriched my stay beyond measure.
