Fantastic apartment with some very nice appliances and deco. Very well appointed. Bed was so comfortable slept like babies. Good access to trams. Nice green wine on table on arrival. Superbly cleaned on a daily basis too. Great all rounder.

We absolutely loved staying in our apartment here. The room was well decorated, sparkling clean and very comfortable. The concierge service was fantastic - very accomodating and extremely friendly. The location is unmatched - the best area of Lisbon to stay. Alfama is the perfect blend of culture and history with shopping and restaurants but is tucked away in a quiet street which feels very safe. When I return to Lisbon (hopefully soon) I’ll be booking a room here again no doubt. Thank you!

I seldom leave reviews but I found this service apartment via Google search and my stay is better than expected. Service: The concierge, Riu, is available 7/24 via WhatsApp. My stay was during low season, an early checkin was arranged. At the date of my checkout, Riu even walked me to the train station, as my next destination was to Porto. Not only helped me with my hand carry suitcase, he even brought me bottles of water. 10 stars for Riu! Housekeeping: the ladies started around 10am, when I back in late afternoon, the apartment cleaned, bed tidied, the Nepresso capsules are always refilled. There are condiments if you wished to make light breakfast. But cafe is just around the corner and there is several cafes. Location: pack light, the area has a lot of slopes. The building does not have elevator (I stayed at ground floor) But the tram station is 30seconds walk. sea view 10min walk, castle 10min walk, church 5min walk. One can buy a one day travel pass to save the walking and hop on / off the tram. To add my personal like: there’s slippers and the towels are thick.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of the Alfama district (the famous no.28 tram stops at the top of the lane). It's beautifully furnished and stylishly laid out, and we had a lovely little balcony on which to sit out in the evening and enjoy views of the river. The 24hr concierge Rui was always available via txt and helpful and attentive. The rooms were cleaned and replenished every day - not always the case with some serviced apartments. It's a brilliant location and we would highly recommend.

We stayed for a week in the flat A Saudade. A small maisonette, all lovingly furnished and very well thought out for the available space. We slept very well, the narrow staircase with split steps is a sporting challenge. Everything is there, from digitally retrievable tips to water / wine. We felt very comfortable. The On / Set Alfama team is available 24/7, very accommodating, friendly and offers insane service. Located in a small side street, very quiet. The office is just around the corner, suitcases can be stored temporarily, the team is always available. Very centrally located, you can find great locations for breakfast, snacks, restaurants, bars and many great sights right around the corner. 30 metres above you will find a stop of the popular tram 28. A small challenge when arriving and departing is with a heavy suitcase through the narrow streets over the cobblestone streets of the hilly Alfama, once done, you can just relax, discover and enjoy and the on / set team makes the stay simply feel good. We can highly recommend it. Thank you, On / Set Alfama Team for that comfy stay.
