A bad experience.. rooms & toilet fithly & dirty. Bedsheet & pillows unhygienic Terible.

Overall, I got a great deal- a 2 bedroom apartment on an upper level for the price of a basic room, quiet with a great view, only the shower's hot water wasn't available

Location is the best in town. GYM is not really well maintained but workable.

Although the rooms are like apartments with kitchen and balcony, the service is extremely poor. The housekeeping staff takes forever to come to clean the room. There's no soap available in the bathroom, the staff expects the customers to either carry their own or use the provided body wash as soap. You ask for something and you will not get it till you don't call at least 3 times. As for anything extra and they will come to inspect the room without permission. Wifi doesn't work at all. The reception has no AC. The breakfast is also just about ok. There's so much mismanagement that the paid breakfast rates are separate at the reception and at the breakfast floor. The staff is also quite rude except for a few people at the reception. The pool is a great place to hang out. The only advantage is that the location of the hotel is central. One can walk to various places including the Pavilion Mall, KL tower, the local markets and it's also close to the metro. There are a lot of good restaurants near the hotel.
