Absolutely love everything about this hotel! The location is perfect, the staff amazing, and the rooms always fantastic. I love staying on one of the higher floors as Toronto looks beautiful up there any time of the year. Lots of space and the kitchenette is so useful. It’s one of the highlights of coming back to the city! I recommend booking direct with the hotel as they are always looking to give you upgrades then.

Not much of "service" everything was just as is when I tried to call to do something special as a surprise in the room for my husband's birthday. I thought for the price we paid, they'd offer some free goodies, but nah, nothing extra was offered for the special occasion. We went with valet parking because my ankle was sprained and it's pricey! Front desk lady Ananya was very sweet though!! She gave us an amazing room on the highest floor possible. It had great views of the city - 3 different windows. Beautifully appointed! Too bad there was a huge snowstorm that covered all our views. Overall it was a great stay.

I stayed here for a night with my son when we had a concert booked. Unfortunately for us our concert got cancelled so we tried to just make the most of it. We really loved the room and hotel. The ambiance of the hotel is very exquisite and charming. They are located on the other walkway which was neat to check out as we walked to the Eaton centre. I saw security in place for the entrance of the pathway to be used during certain hours. The room has every thing you ever need in a room. We didn’t get one of the super fancy rooms yet ours had a mini kitchen, equip with everything to cook meals there, plus in room laundry. Their beds were super comfy as well. I was super impressed by how they utilized the space within the room based on how the room space wasn’t all that big. The service was also really good. We had lunch downstairs and ordered room service in for dinner. It’s conveniently located downtown. However parking is a bit tricker down there. Overall, an amazing experience and will gladly stay here again

What a beautiful place to stay. Centrally located, with access to the underground and a beautiful bank vault walkthrough. From a service perspective, it was great. All the staff were incredibly friendly and competent. We paid a little for a room upgrade, and it was well worth it. Instead of going out at night, we opted to stay at the hotel after dinner. The tub was great, the bed was comfortable, and the room had a great view of the city. I wouldn't change a thing.

I normally don't write reviews for hotels, but I had to comment on my amazing experience and equally amazing room service. The quality of service was exceptional and the price of the room and food was fair. The room service was fast and the food was delicious. Thank you to Nazmul for your amazing service and being so kind and welcoming to us. The room was small but extremely clean. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming hotel experience.
