Onkel Rada Apart Hotel

I had to give one star to be able to submit a review. We have spent a week there. Furniture is old and electricity was off for two nights. One night for almost 10 hours and the other night for around maybe 2 or 3 hours without any explanation, apology or even make it better for us. They clean rooms every two days (they said it a policy there and it is mentioned on their website, I'm not sure about that!!) and they are not professional dealing with customers except for the Palestine’s guy at night shift. Location is the only good thing there as it is near to the beach and few good restaurant and markets.

If you want to read a review about whether you should book this hotel or not then let this be your decision point. ❌❌❌❌❌❌🙅‍♂️🙅‍♂️🙅‍♂️🙅‍♂️🙅‍♂️🙅‍♂️🙅‍♂️ ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ We booked this hotel for 8 nights and ignored all other bad reviews which was silly of us but we were impressed with so called pictures of the hotel which was nothing like what it was in real life. Now let me get onto the main reason i am leaving a review with 1 star(if i could choose 0 i would). We stayed 1 night at the hotel and it was okay cool, not the best but we found it ok. On our second day of staying which was the day everything went crashing downhill here we went on a tour and when we arrived back at the hotel, the owner, which we didnt recognise and one of our car rental friend were there. We were speaking to the car rental person and the other guy kept interrupting which made my younger sibling tell him wait we will speak with our friend and sort the car out. This was the moment the owner went insane and firstly pushed my brother, slapped my brothers chest 3 times and made threats in a different language he then went to the security at the front desk and said these guys arent allowed back in. When we tried to ask why he went insane he didnt want to talk and then continued to shout and swear whilst we tried to communicate with him via google translate. He didnt want to hear any of it and then made threats to shoot us and kept saying i am crazy i don’t care who you are or what is going on. If you stay in this hotel i will blow it up etc etc. He then said you have 20 minutes to collect your bags and belongings from the room and made our brother stand outside whilst he was shaken by this and we went to get our things. We came back downstairs with our bags and he had 0 remorse for what he had done and he continued to shout at us in his language and to not make the situation worse we didnt respond the way he did and we walked away. We didnt get any refund for the remaining 6 days we had booked nor did we get our deposit back from them. After that, we had to book another hotel which made us waste money on this and i beg you do not book this hotel unless you would like to be treated like sh*t!!! This made our whole experience in antalya soo bad but hopefully this new hotel will treat us with basic humanity which every human deserves. Their behaviour towards us was shocking and unacceptable please dont book this hotel as you can see other people have left bad reviews too meaning this place is a no go zone especially after what we experienced as tourists in antalya, a new city as first timers.
