I spent four nights in a double room, and it was fantastic! The room was clean with a comfy bed, and the bathroom and toilet were well-maintained with warm water. A service woman cleaned our room every morning. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Paris, close to everything – supermarkets, shopping malls, restaurants, cafes, metro stations, and several bus stops. Getting to the Eiffel Tower or Louvre Museum is a breeze with buses available near the hotel. I can't find fault with this hotel except for the small elevator, but it was fine for two persons. Next time, I'll definitely choose it again. Highly recommended!

Very very good location, not far from Saint Lazare. The room that I got was tiny, it’s next to the elevator which quite noisy. The elevator is very small if you come with big luggage it probably fits only for 1 person. Staffs are nice :)

The staff were very helpful during my stay, even with my limited French. Room was small but clean and functional. (Most hotel rooms in Paris are small). Perhaps the smallest elevator I'd ever been in - strictly 1 person with suitcase. Handy location not far from the Opera house.
