Had issues with owner for long-term rental. Just wanted to post to make folks aware.

Very nice apartment. Perfectly located. The owner is very kind and friendly. If it hadn't been for her in the parking lot we would have been scammed. Since they tell you that due to large influx they do not give you the 3-day voucher for €20. The lady came down and talked to them and solved the issue for us. On Saturday there was a bit of revelry in the patios and you could hear it quite a bit from the apartment. A few good plugs and that's it.

Perfectly located, very central, with a parking right next door with a 72-hour stay for €20, very close to everything, very well conditioned and clean and most importantly, very well taken care of by its hosts.
