Recommend this place because the service is great. The receptionist was so kind and assisted me with any room problems i had. Helped me locate supermarkets. Busses are close to getting to the old city. Lower duden Falls is a 10-minute walk away. Airport bus runs on a strange schedule, but it's also nearby. I would encourage anyone staying here to get a suite in the main building instead of the regular rooms. There's a difference for the price.

Be careful- Rather 3 star hotel than 5 star. They booked us first into a smoking room where the curtains were laying on the couch. Then moved us to another room and we waited 1,5 hours to be connected to wifi, because reception forget after several reminders. Breakfast runs out quickly and when you ask them to fill up something they rush and bring as example raw eggs. See photos attached. To avoid disappointment, rather book another hotel.

Recently stayed here, beautiful hotel & amazing service from staff. Pool facilities and sauna steam rooms are very nice and overall this hotel is relaxing. Only issues are the fact you're unable to take a walk outside due to the dogs that are constantly outside, really wished they weren't there as they're not the friendliest. The restaurant food was absolutely terrible, paid over 1600 turkish lira for food that we didn't eat, did inform the restaurant with issues but upon checking out the restaurant chef 'failed to remember' any of the issues we had with food. Hotel was amazing, food not so. If my issues with food had been resolved I would've left 5 stars.
