Stayed 1 night and was impressed. Location is superb, near Petaling Street. It is possible to walk but i had an elderly with me and need to drive everywhere. Traffic at Jalan Bukit Bintang is still as bad. This place is quiet but security is very good. The pool areas has beautiful view. Will stay again.

There are 2 operator, must rent from opus hospitality as they are the original and other s are not and having to say that they maintain the highest quality and excellent service. Check I'm is fast and smooth and most importantly the room is clean and tidy and location is superb, train station is just next to it and near by to bukit bintang, China Town and the hotel is directly facing 118. Sky garden can see the whole KL amazing

Great place to stay, just on the southern end of the CBD only a 3 minute walk to the monorail station. Better yet just order one of KLs incredibly cheap taxis through grab to pick you up outside the lobby. The infinity pool on the eighth floor plus having a (small) balcony were definite pluses. Only negative is that there was still construction going on around the base of the Merdeka tower when I was there in July. Once they're finished it should make a huge difference to the ambiance of the surrounding area. Would recommend and I'd be happy to stay again when I go back next year.
