One of the best hotels with amazing sea view for almost all rooms, the 6 lefts always busy to serve the 52 floors with 70 rooms on each, quite alot people to accommodate. There was some heavy constructions noise during the day and loud music during evening and most of the night even though i stayed on the 31st floor. Overall it was a nice hotel.

Nice clean lobby. ( Entrance) . Surrounded by construction. Unfinished buildings. Garden view is good, but the big TV won't let you sleep at night due to the extreme lighting effects generated . At the sunset. It's impossible to handle the heat behind the glass windows and impossible to stay at ur 50m room or 30m studio! Without full AC power. Noise generated from cars at the nearby street is ridiculous. The double windows are usless. No warm floors. Your neighbors can easily see inside your apartment from their balcony. Due to bad separation, small walls. Anyone can enter without checking their identity at the checking disk. This is bad There are no faculties in the building yet .

An extremely important matter, do not under any circumstances go to the hotel to check in after 12:00 PM. We had booked the hotel on Booking. com, but I arrived at 12:30 midnight and no one answered. We were lucky, one of the owners of the rooms (here, although they have sold the rooms to different people and they rent them to you) gave us an excellent room instead of our previous room. . In terms of quality, this hotel is great and its location is right by the sea
