Luxury is a big word, there is nothing luxurious about this vacation spot. Apartment rather than hotel!!! We stayed 7 nights and booked 4 rooms for the whole family. The state of cleanliness of the apartments was very poor at reception. We asked to have a real initial cleaning like a real summer rental… empty promises, no cleaning until the end… 2 large towels for three people, not even changed during the entire stay. The intermediary even told us that we had a washing machine in the apartment and that we could wash them ourselves. A roll of toilet paper for 3 people for the entire stay... telling us that there was a mini market open 24/7 just opposite the building. The air conditioning in the living room only sent lukewarm air, and after numerous reminders throughout the day, a technician finally came around 8:30 p.m. to find that there was no more freon gas in this unit. Huge 50-story building with only 12 elevators for around a thousand apartments.!!! Avoid peak hours because it takes at least 20 minutes to finally see an elevator open... which is often practically full... I'll spare you the smell of sweat from certain residents. Exterior of the building not even finished at the entrance level. And always there are honking horns and shouts from passing motorists who are unable to get through because there are entrances and exits from this building. No air conditioning in the common areas and at the reception which are really reminiscent of a station hall in high season. In short, a horrible place. Much prefer the many real hotels nearby and a little more expensive at night…
