The worst hotel I have ever seen! Horrible honestly it was so bad experience and the lady was so rude. We were tired and she kept us for almost 3 hours waiting …. The reception unprofessional. It was my first and last time there. If u book be prepared to suffer

Definitely not worth the money. The apartments are becoming old and tired. There’s not much of a sea view anymore because of new construction. The stray dogs (I once counted 15 in a pack) in the street below woke me up at all hours with their barking. The apartment I stayed in had a rusting stovetop and plumbing and outlets that were coming out of the walls

The air conditioning was not working during our 14-night stay. We kept telling the reception about the serious issue EVERY DAY but they only made fake promises about fixing it! I was with my wife a small child and hot days and nights were absolutely unbearable. I will never stay at Orbi again and will discourage everyone I know from doing so. Horrible service and a total disgrace.
