Me and my girlfriend had a very pleasant stay at the Orianna restaurant. The entrance to the restaurant, goes through the hotel, but we were greeted by two very kind and welcoming girls from the staff, leading us to the elevator and the top floor where the restaurant is placed, with a nice overview of the city rooftops. I cannot hesitate enough, how helpful and smiling the personnel was through the whole experience. We had a selection of 3 authentic Vietnamese dishes, fresh spring rolls, minced pork rolls and some truly amazing braised pork Bun cha. Pricing, location and especially the attention to detail and helpfulness made our stay here very enjoyable. Thanks to Ly and the 2 lovely girls for teaching us how properly eat and enjoy our delicious meals 👏🏽 Looking forward to our next visit 🇩🇰🇻🇳

I stayed in Oriana Boutique Hotel for just one night as it was near a bus drop off point from Sapa. The staff are pretty helpful at check in and will check if it's your first time in Hanoi and if you need any information to get around. I booked an executive suite and I liked that the room was pretty large at 32 square metres. However, I noticed that there was hardly any daylight. Looking out the window, all I saw was a wall. Nonetheless, the air conditioning was strong, and I had a good sleep on the comfortable bed. Breakfast is served on the top floor. However, the elevator does not serve that floor and you'll need to go up one flight of stairs. I came by at 8am and there wasn't much food left at the buffet, and replenishing of food was a little slow. I was a bit put off by several fruit flies flying around the food, and the staff didn't seem to notice it. You can also order hot food here, such as eggs in a style of your choosing, and also pho. The dining area also seemed a little warm and not well-ventilated. When I raised this up with the staff when checking out, they did mention that it could be due to the fact that it was raining and that hotel guests can request for fans to be turned on. Overall I would say stay here for the convenient location in the Old Quarter, and the comfortable bed. But you might want to have your breakfast down the street.

We love the location as it was near a lake and many great eating places. The staff also all served with great smiles and attention. We had to stay in another room on the first night as the hotel was full. When they called us next morning to move our items, we were on tour. They offered to pack and move our items. We were surprised that they managed to put everything in the same furniture type and location as we had placed in the last room. The breakfasts that were included in our packages were great. You can enjoy local dishes, American breakfast items and eggs cooked to your preference. The down side is the shower tub. The base is not so firm and a bit woobly when you stand inside to shower. In addition there was no view from our room.

I speak highly enough of this hotel, the service from original booking was beyond exceptional, our flights were delayed by 5hrs but the hotel kept in communication and made sure we were still picked up even though it was early morning. We had laundry service, booked extra tours, stayed extra nights- nothing was a problem and sorted with such ease at great rates. On our last day it was no hassle to leave our luggage while we waited for our flight. The restaurant provides great options including Vegetarian which was nice for me, and breakfast options are basic but provide what you need to start the day, the rooms were very clean and well maintained. Freshened each day with water, bed made and fresh towels. Right in the heart of old quarter and in 2min walking distance to the lake and plenty of food options. I will definitely stay again when in Hanoi - Thank you Annie and your beautiful team I look forward to returning in the future 🙏😊

Absolutely Fantastic Hotel, Great location, Staff are best, great service, Pro active, Special thanks to Maggie and Anna, They make sure that their guest gets the best experience while they are in Hanoi. Always ready to help.. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is fabulous as well. Management has given all resources and trained staff in such a way, that the guest are given adequate knowledge to Explore the city of Hanoi and most important they get positive experience of Hanoi.. Highly recommended hotel.
