It gets 5 stars as it was just so easy to check in and a nice place to stay for our over night hotel. It’s easy to access for Grab cars. The rooms are big and spacious. They included breakfast (which we didn’t try). The price was worth it. It’s a good airport hotel if that’s what you need and they offered a free shuttle at 4am for my family to use.

I arrived in Bangkok at dawn and needed to stay a night to move to south next day. I chose here because it had a good rating, and it looked new and clean. 🏢🤵🏻🛏 As the name suggests, it's a residence, not a hotel. The receptionist is nice and speak good at English. The room is clean and quite spacious. The air conditioning sound is quite loud and the sound insulation is a bit weak, but I could hold out just one night. ☕️🍳🥐🥓 The biggest advantage of Oriole is the breakfast. The restaurant is neat, and the food is more diverse and delicious than expected. The staff fills the food right away, and they work diligently. Of course I can’t say that it is the best hotel, but it is very pleasant and cost-effective place to stay near the airport for a day. I'm willing to stay next time if necessary!

This is a great hotel, close to the airport and very clean and comfortable. The staff are very nice. This hotel is about 15 minutes from the BKK airport. We normally rent a car, so it’s easy to get to. They have plenty of self parking. The hotel has clean, spacious rooms. The rooms have A/C. The bathrooms are functional and very clean. They also serve breakfast and it’s very good, a mixture of traditional and western style breakfasts. There are few restaurants in the area, drivable in most cases.

I lost my phone in a Grab and couldn’t call or do anything to fix it. Rose & Nine spent 3 hours helping us get back our stuff, Rose even left and met the Grab at an airport. Their attention and service is unmatched. If you’re staying in Bangkok I would recommend the Oriel Residence Hotel. Cheap, great food and again, the service is unmatched. We only booked a day, and ended up staying 3. P.s there is a little Thai shop that has great boba, and the lady is very friendly. Cheap too. There are some markets nearby if you walk but they were only ok. I prefer Pattaya over Bangkok, the grab is only 3k baht there and back. 11/10 stars. Thank you guys so much !!!
