Nice enough hotel but they have a very budget attitude. We stayed half board but they still expect you to pay for water and soft drinks at dinner time which is strange never experienced that before. Arcade and play ground appear to be abandoned. Rooms are nice looking though

4th time here, first time back since 2015. Loved it. Rooms great, bed comfy love the balcony. Staff friendly and helpful. Pools amazing and the big kid in me loved the slides. Would definitely recommend 👌 the pic that I've attached is me waiting at the sun beds at 7.30am after a wild wild WILD night at moments where I finished the night off at 3.30am topless dancing on the bar 👍

Enjoyed my stay here lovely room, reception staff , couldn't fault them. Restaurant staff were clearing your plate away to fast, my only moan about dinning area is that you had to pay for all drinks separately, whitch of course being half board you have to, but I do think free water with your meal whould be nice. Because you are up in the hills you have to get a taxi every day or a dolmas bus, there was 2 of us so a taxi for a week cost us 70 pounds, obviously you could catch the bus, but who wants to wait around in the heat . All in all enjoyed my stay here, nice quiet hotel

We were some of first guests of the season so to start it was v quiet. The situation was good with lively views of the surrounding mountains abd only a short walk to the town where there are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. Our room was good, with a balcony, clean and walk in shower in bathroom. The food was OK, the sweets selection was amazing, credit to pastry chef. The waiting and bar staff were friendly and attentive. But beware the prices in the hotel are quoted in British pounds and any food/ drink etc is credited to your room no . When we came to pay as we hadn't got English pound notes the bill was converted to Turkish Lire for credit card!!! So why not just show prices in Lire in 1st place. Got stung by the conversion rate. Also reception staff young and lack experience.

Staff needs more training for sure, especially the ones at the receptions couldn't communicate in English . Before check out charged extra for Alchol and although i explained that i don't drink as i am a Muslim so they asked me to write and sign a paper confirming i don't drink l!!!! I felt uncomfortable ...i will not come back or recomend as the prices are higher than the service delivered also room cleaning was really poor.
