This is our second stay here and we would stay again. - Great location right next to Shin-Osaka station. - Refrigerator/freezer, microwave, stove and washing machine are very useful and convenient. - We like the Japanese style-shower/bathroom they have here.

i spent 4 nights there because i need to used shinkansen to travel around, which very convenience. but also it's very long way to go to the center of the osaka city such as namba shinsaibashi dotonbori so i don't suggest if you have plan to strolling around Osaka city. check in time is 16.00 (quite late compare with the hotel) check out time is 10.00am (they charge 2500Yen/hr if you need late check out) but better part is you can cook in the aprtment and do the washing stuff (they prepare the washing detergent for you already which i really impressive).

Decent place to stay near Shin-Osaka Station. Very convenient if you're going in and out of Osaka by Shinkansen. One very important thing to highlight: Do not trust Apple or Google Maps if you are going to Ostay by walking from Shin-Osaka Station. Here is the correct way: After exiting the ticket area, walk to the EAST GATE/Exit of the Shin-Osaka Station. (It's at one of the extreme end of the station) Then use the stairs to go down to ground level. Thereafter, then follow Google or Apple Maps direction!!! It will only take you 3-5mins to walk to the Ostay HotelApartment from then.. That's the path of least effort?

Disappointing. Lowest point of our Japan trip. We were charged >40000Yen/night when interior and amenities were at a 1-2 star motel level. For a 3 night stay, only 1 pillow, 1 body towel, 1 face towel was provided for each occupant. Bed was hard, uncomfortable. We could not sleep at all on the 1st night until we asked for more pillows. Detrimentally affected the rest of our time in Osaka. For the same price point, we could have stayed in a 3 or 4 star full service hotel nearby. We do not recommend this place and would never stay here again.

More of a layover apartment and not suited for longer stay. Clean enough, big enough. The in-room washing and drying is the biggest plus I can think. Everything else is mediocre from impersonal check-in to lack of amenities as basic as toothbrush - makes it very transactional. Location isn’t any better either. Relative distance from the station considering if you have to drag out luggages. Some might find the check-in instructions convoluted but thanks for trying. Don’t stay here if first time in Osaka and you really need the hospitality. Tip: GREAT coffee shop (たかうち珈琲店) just opposite which is where I’m spending most of my time.
