Had a very good experience! Would totally reccommend. We stayed in a dormitory, rooms were beautiful and clean and roommates really nice! Kitchen was the best place 😄 and the location is just so perfect. Totally worth it. Place has so many faculties more and it's really not boring there!

Late review. I stayed there in March. Couldn’t recommend it more!! The staff is awesome, super caring and gentle. You have a welcome free drink and there is a different event every evening for the guests. The volunteers usually cook something for us to share, so nice. I stayed in a 6 mixed room, the beds are comfy and sturdy, you don’t feel when the others move. The on suite bathroom was super clean as well as the whole place. They provide you with free pasta and veggies for you to cook, that’s a definitely plus! The only drawback is that the music and noise from the bar is easily heard from the rooms on the first floor. Location is super close from everywhere.

Perfect distance from the lake, really easy to access from the station- great location. The people working there were so friendly, organising lots of activities that were easy to join and loads of people even outside of tourist seasons. Genuinely lovely staff who were very helpful and fun. The place was great, downstairs well decorated with lots of areas to meet people- the rooms were good, bedding and bathrooms very clean. All in all a really great stay, really added to our experience- would recommend!

During my stay at the hostel, I had the pleasure of experiencing Josue's exceptional hospitality. From the moment I arrived, Josue went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. He was always welcoming and friendly, making me feel like a valued guest. What stood out the most was Josue's attention to detail. He was attentive to every guest's needs, ensuring that everyone felt cared for and had a memorable experience. Whether it was offering recommendations for local attractions or assisting with any inquiries, Josue was always ready to help. Furthermore, Josue's genuine enthusiasm for his job was evident throughout my stay. His positive attitude and warm demeanor created a welcoming atmosphere for everyone in the hostel. He truly made a difference in the overall experience. I cannot recommend Josue highly enough. If you're looking for a hostel experience with exceptional hospitality and a friendly atmosphere, Josue is the person to meet. Thank you, Josue, for making my stay unforgettable!

I loved staying at this hostel. The staff is amazing and very friendly. Made me feel like home. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean. You can cook any type of meal in the kitchen with the ingredients they provide. The location is great, close to the train station and the lake. Met and connected with amazing people. I also stayed in the Milano and Firenze Ostello Bello and they were equally amazing!
