The room and location is good but he staffs are not helpful. Good size of room, bed is comfortable. Clean and morden. Wonderful soft quilt. Staffs confused us. To go to the airport, the staff gave me a map and circled the station but showed me another station at google map... when we found out we went back and asked again. The staff made a pin on Google map but then when we arrived, it's another 10mins walk from the right location... with all the luggages. Also, we booked it because there's biking rental right at the hotel entrance. After I downloaded the apps and everything, I tried to ask the staff regarding to payment procedure because I can't read Japanese pop-up messages. The 2 staffs didn't even know there's a bike rental and understand zero on what I was talking about. The bike rental recommendation is showed at the hotel TV though... so, at the end, I resolved the problem by myself. If you need zero service, I would recommend you to come.

The room is on the bigger side as I picked the Family room for 2 of us. For a room this size, it is considered to be on the cheaper end. The rooftop can see quite a nice city skyline. Quiet neighborhood. Location is not near train station but we are already aware of it when we booked. Toiletries and yukata are not provided in the room hence need to collect from front desk. There is no phone in the room hence if u didnt know abt the no yukata in room, u wud end up w no pyjamas for the night. Front desk service staff is not very friendly. Housekeeping is not done very well. Think they jz empty the bin only. Saw some dust around the sleeping area as well.

Great location about 150 meters from the Senso-ji temple and huge market area full of restaurants and tourist shops and within an easy 10 minute walk to the Asakusa train station. Staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are a decent size for Tokyo standards. We would definitely recommend staying here and trying the bakery, Matoba across the road.

A new hotel, fully equipped with modern ,Considerate facilities, Very clean, half Japanese style half western, check in very easy, you can do manual or auto , there is a small grocery and a breakfast coffee shop attached , for new year celebration, they provide a lottery to guests , and I was Lucky to get a second reward - one night free stay . Will use it next time when I come.

Paid the highest charged room , however got different room which is cheaper . Not refund and insisted this in upgraded 🙄. Luckily I captured the fare differences (10,000 yen different )and the room type between two room . They not take initiative to rectify the problem . I have to call agoda by myself to ask to intervene. I would not accept they return me 1,000 yen as compensation. I don’t care about compensation, I ( non Japanese)only wish for fair treatment as others Japanese . Not near to metro or subway
