Because of Agoda and OYO they (kost owner) might not be interested to serve well. There were no soap and shampoo. Only given 500ml water and towel. In the bathroom, there were little insects which is really scary! The main problem was, I stayed at 4 nights and the last night was 31st night of 2023. I asked and message them two times two give me permission to go outside for celebrating New Year. They didn't give me permission and say this year President Election so government makes strictly rules. That's why I didn't go outside at midnight. I came before 10.00 pm and they closed there main gate at 12.00 am. Another one is they didn't ask me to change bed cover and towel, I used it 4 nights at stretch. There wasn't any tissue box. But the owner behavior was so good and polite. They provide me extra connectors for charging device. As per as their behaviours and services, I realise here is something missing which might be Communication gap between AGODA/ OYO and the owner.

Hundred asking from Reception to checking a lot of our reservation, even my bookng just only 1. Terrible staff!!!

Great, strategic location in Rawamangun area. Low price but worth it, the room was very small but clean and the facilities were complete enough. The staff were kind.
