When I was there, I felt sorry for the employees who were always scolded and scolded, which is wrong, but that's not the way to deal with poor employees, new or old.

The message from Oyo turned out to be that they were told to add 100,000 from the hotel even though they had already paid through the application, then if they didn't want to add more, they were told to confirm via Oyo, even though Oyo didn't have a call center, they had to cancel via the application, but it turned out that the money was forfeited... don't worry, this is a trap. Bet the hotel also just like playing with responsibility. ..

I already booked, when I got there I was told it was sold out, and I was forced to rent a room that was twice the price, even though the room was the same.
