Really nice property with comfortable rooms and a large swimming pool. Staff were very friendly and always available to assist. Just a little out of town but this wasn’t an issue as it was very quiet and peaceful. They also provided motorbikes to rent for just 250B per day. Highly recommended.

We stayed here as a base whilst we visited and stayed over in Railay Beach and Ko Phi Phi. The room was very spacious however lacked much other than 2 x beds and a small wardrobe. The bathroom was large and the walk in shower was fantastic. There is also a latge swimming pool which we didn't use. The service we received from the owner was exceptional. She went over and above to help us with taxi booking and other travel arrangements. She even drove us to the port for us to get the ferry to Ko Phi Phi! Staff were super friendly and could not be faulted. The only downside was the location was quite far from Ao Nang Beach. This meant we had to travel a lot by tuck-tuck (around 200 baht each way per trip) and sometimes we had to walk quite far down the main road to flag one down. Also, the roof leaked during our stay after some heavy rainfall the night before.

Book family suite room located at level 3. The room is spacious and clean. A bit far from Ao Nang around 4km but not an issue if you rent scooter from them for 200 baht per day. The internet at lobby is very fast but too bad in level 3 the internet is not reachable. Could be fix with an extra router at level 3. Apart from that, everything is good. Recommended host.

Don't really know what's happening here. Never had an issue at oyo and while this was ok by hotel standards it was down a bit by oyo standards and I've stayed at a fair few. Owner wouldn't do the rate on the oyo website. Weird. Place half looked closed and I was the only person who stayed there. Also had an old senile dog that wanted to bite me and went pretty close once (and I work with dogs)
